Setting Voicemail Forwarding (Fac/Staff Only)

Please reference the information below on how to setup your phone to have calls go to voicemail.

To have calls going to voicemail your office phone's forwarding must be set to send calls to the campus voicemail extension.  Below are instructions on how to set this forwarding up.

There are two types of forwards that could be set.  If you want your phone to ring in your office and have it go to voicemail only if your on the phone or away from the office then you will want to setup the "Call Forwarding Busy/No Answer".

If you want to setup your phone so it NEVER rings for an incomming call then the "Call Forwarding All Calls" option is what you want to follow.

The normal operation is to setup the Busy/No Answer option.  Prior to changing your forwarding settings it is a good idea to do the cancel instructions for both to make sure your phone does not get into an area where it has conflicting forwarding rules enabled.  ie a rule set to forward all calls and to forward busy/no answer.  If this is done the forward ALL will win.
