Subcribing to Mailing Lists (Fac/Staff Only)

In addition to the FacStaff mailing list that all faculty and staff receive(but cannot send to), you have the option to sign up to receive and send to other mailing lists. To sign up (or opt out) of additional lists, follow the instructions below: 

1.  Go to

2.  Under Lists, choose the mailing list of your choice.

3.  Under the Subscribing to (Mailing List of Your Choice) header, enter the following information:

a.  Your Email address:  Example:

b.  Enter you Name: (Optional)

c.  Enter a password.  This provides only mild security, but should prevent others from messing with your subscription. Do not use a valuable password as it will occasionally be emailed back to you in cleartext.  If you choose not to enter a password, one will be automatically generated for you, and it will be sent to you once you've confirmed your subscription. You can always request a mail-back of your password when you edit your personal options.

d.  Reenter your password to confirm.

4.  Click Subscribe
