Fac/Staff ID Card Replacement

If your card is lost or stolen, immediately notify the HelpDesk, at 828-HELP (4357) to prevent your card from being misused. If your card is not scanning properly, bring your card to the IT Center to be checked. If a replacement is necessary at any time , there is no charge for the replacement ID card. 

Replacement cards can be ordered by calling the HelpDesk at x4357 or by  logging into the Bridgewater College Support Center at https://helpdesk.bridgewater.edu, click on Submit a ticket, and choose ID Card Request.  Cards are printed at the time of request M-F, 8-4:30.  Cards will not be mailed and must be picked up in the IT Center. Please note that if you find an “old” card, it cannot be reactivated after a new one is requested.

Your Eagle ID card is used for verifying meal plans in the Dining Hall, borrowing library resources, admission to athletic events, Funkhouser Center admission, and entry academic buildings and computer labs after hours. You are responsible for the appropriate use and care of your ID card. Cards should be kept protected in a wallet or card carrier and not altered in any way (i.e., punching a hole in the card) or exposed to direct sunlight or heat.

Immediate families of full-time faculty and staff are eligible to receive an Eagle Card. Appointments for ID card photos should be scheduled with the HelpDesk.
