To change your Bridgewater College password, visit mypassword.bridgewater.edu and click on "Change my Password".  You will need to know your current password in order to create a new one.  If you have forgotten your password, click on "Edit my Password" to answer the security questions, you will then be prompted to enter a new password.  If you do not know your password or the answers to the security questions, please submit a ticket help@bridgewater.edu asking for your password to be reset.  Please include your full name, user name and home street address.  We will reset your password to a one time password, which you will then change at mypassword.bridgewater.edu

When changing your password, there are minimum password requirements.

The password must be at least 8 characters and contain 3 of the 4 items listed below.

  1. Uppercase letter
  2. Lowercase letter
  3. Number
  4. Special Character (i.e. % ! “)

You can only change your password once every 24 hours and you cannot use the same password within the last 3 password changes or any part of your name.
