Sending your message to one course:

1. To line should read: courses@bridgewater.edu
2. Subject should read: (dept course# section#) Spaces -NOT DASHES-between each entry. If you wish to add something to the subject line, do so after the closed parentheses.

example:
To: courses@bridgewater.edu
Subject: (comm 100 01) No Class today

This example will send an email to every participant
in Communications 100, section 01)

Sending to multiple courses at once:

1. To line should read: courses@bridgewater.edu
2. Subject should read: (dept course# section#, dept course# section#) Spaces -NOT DASHES-between each entry, a comma after each entry, and all in the same parentheses. If you wish to add something to the subject line, do so after the closed parentheses.

example:
To: courses@bridgewater.edu
Subject: (comm 100 01, comm 120 02) No Class today

This example will send an email to every participant
in Communications 100, section 01, and Communications 120 section 02)

*Please note that the courses e-mail will not work until the 1st day of classes.

**Also note courses that have an E, X, W, etc need to include that in the subject line as well. The Subject would then be something like: comm 100E 01, bus 422x 01, soc 255ex 01, etc
