Working with Contacts within the fax server

The fax server has the ability for you to save frequent contacts that you may send faxes to regularly.  Contacts can either be added when sending a fax or you can login to the web interface and create contacts from there.  This article covers creating contacts within the web interface.

Login to the fax server web interface and click on the Contacts link in the upper right below the Sign out button.

You will now see a listing of all of the saved contacts that you have added to the system.  From here you can add new contacts, edit existing contacts, or delete contacts.



To add a new contact, click on the "New" button, and an add contact form will appear.  Enter the person’s name, company, fax, and phone number and select save.  Repeat as needed to add additional contact to the fax server.
