Changing your password in RD Client application

At some point, you will need to change the password to your campus account.  When you do this, the password saved in the RD Client application will also need to be changed.  To change your password in the RD Client application, open the application on all of your devices that you have it installed on.  This would include your Windows 8/8.1 computer or tablet, Android device, iOS device, or Mac computer.

Select the three horizontal lines beside the words "Microsoft Remote Desktop" in the upper left corner to open up a side menu.  Select "User accounts" from this side menu.

Your username should be listed under the User accounts menu.  Select your username and the Edit user account screen should come up.  From there, you can modify the password listed and select save.  At that point, you should repeat this procedure on any device that you have installed the RD Client application on.  After you have finished, select "save" to close out of the Edit user account screen.  Now, the RD Client application will attempt to use your new password when launching applications.
