Turning off Meeting Responses

Want to send a meeting or reminder of an event to several people, but do not wish to receive the accepted or declined responses of attendees?    (By turning off responses you will not be able to track attendees.)
 You can turn off meeting responses by doing the following:

  • Create a new meeting and invite your attendees.
  • At the top of your screen, in the Attendees group, click Response Options.
  • Click the option for Request Responses.  This will uncheck the option and turn responses office.

NOTE:  If you turn off “Request Responses" you will no longer be able to track who and accepted or declined.  Select this option carefully!
